Steady....steady......Hooray!! Look at me! I am sitting up better than ever!! My training is working!! It has to be my special patriotic bathing suit doing the trick! I know my face doesn't show it (hey I'm focusing really hard...what every good trainer does) but I am all smiles inside!!!
