More Movin' and Groovin'

Here's another video of me scootin' around with my walker. Hopefully the light on this one is a little better than the next one...if not...sorry...we'll get to workin' on that for our next video!

Justa Movin'

Watch me move and groove behind my trusty walker! I just love to go so fast! Here I am waiting for Daddy to get home. Mommy better watch out because I just may run her over!!!

Just Chillin' Like a Villain

Welp, here I am, calm, cool, and collected. I'm just takin' it easy before time to go night night. I love to play up on the couch but sometimes I just wear myself out so I have to chill for a bit. So that's what I'm doing. Enjoying the comfort of this cushy pillow while I catch up on the world news.

Just Goofin' Around

Well, the other night Mommy and I were a little bored as we waited for Daddy to get home from work. So we thought, why not take some new shots? So that's just what we did. Here we are just goofin' around. Mommy would hide behind the camera and then peek out at me. I must admit...it made me smile...as you can tell from these shots. We had a fun little time and sure enough, not long after we took these Daddy walked through the door! Yeah!!!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Well, Daddy's birthday wasn't today...nor yesterday...or even this week. It was actually about a week and a half ago. Mommy and I are having a hard time lately getting our pictures up as frequently. You see, we've moved Daddy's office downstairs where CJ and Mac sleep during nap time to make way for my new big girl room (more pictures to come as it develops). So we can't get to the computer to post our pictures. We usually do it during their nap time. So anyways...that's why things have slowed down a bit. But..back to the point of this post! On January 22, Daddy turned 29! He's such an old man now! Here we are after we got back from eating at the Olive Garden. Mac's mommy and daddy gave us a gift card! The food was delicious!! Happy Birthday Daddy! I love you!

A New Trick

Well, since you've last heard from me, which we know has been awhile, I have begun a new project. It is called, eating with a fork and spoon. However, these pictures only document me using the fork. Today was my most successful attempt. I actually stabbed three pieces of banana and a piece of my quesedilla all by myself. I carefully manuevered it to my mouth. But, once it got there, I realized I didn't really want it and then spit it back out. But the main point is that I was successful at stabbing the food and then ushering it successfully to my mouth. Mommy was super excited. I wonder what she'll do when I score a goal in soccer one day? I'm sure it will be intense if she gets this excited about me putting a banana in my mouth! Oh, on a side note...I am beginning to walk!! I made 10 steps today...the farthest I've gone yet!! We'll have to get a video soon.

Electric Shock??

For those of you wondering, no, I did not put my finger in the outlet. This, my friends, is often what I look like each morning when Mommy or Daddy get me up out of bed. Thankfully, Mommy found a special spray she spritzes all through my hair to calm the craziness down. The label said, "great for bedhead." Perfect! And it even has a nice pear scent to which I sometimes say, "mmmm." I sure hope I don't always have this problem. It may be a major turn off to my future husband. I guess I'll just have to invest in the pear spray for the rest of my life. Hope they know how much I need them!

A Little Rastafarian

Check out this awesome hat! Grandmama and Grandaddy came for a visit yesterday and brought with them this hat. A lady Grandmama works with knit this fine accessory for my little head. I find it rather interesting and quite the conversation piece at gatherings. People are telling me I resemble Bob Marley. In fact, some wonder if I am his offspring. Well, once I take off the hat they realize my coloring is much different. The hat really does take all the attention I guess!

More Snow Pictures

Here are a few more pictures of the snow. We didn't get any pictures from the snow on Saturday because it was too icky out for me to ride my wheely bug. But we got a lot more on that day. Gee, I am sure thankful that Allie let me borrow her coat and hat...it came in handy this past week!! Thanks pal!

It's Snow Time!

Guess what I saw last week?? SNOW....well...I call it "no." I just LOVED it!! Mommy and Daddy said it doesn't snow much but I saw it twice in one week!! These are pictures from the first time it snowed. Mommy let me ride my wheely bug outside in it. Though you can't tell from the pictures, it was snowing pretty hard for Georgia. I told mommy to get a close up of my hair so you could see the snowflakes. I'm also pointing to all the snow that is falling. Man, I can't wait to see it snow again!

My 15 Month Update

Well folks, today I went in for my 15 month checkup. That's right, I am a whopping 15 months old as of Christmas day! Overall the doc said all looks good. For those of you into the details...here I go.

First off, let me say that I am not a big fan of the doctor's. The people are all real nice and all but it's what they do to me once I go into this room that makes me crazy. As soon as I go into my room I start to cry. Then, whem mommy strips me down to my diaper...I cry. I just know what's coming. They measured me first and I am 30 inches long. That puts me in the 32nd percentile. Amazing! Next, they weighed me. I hated that too. I weighed in at 17 pounds 6 ounces! I gained about a pound and a half. That keeps me in my nice little 0 percentile. The doc says there are no worries though. After those things happened I had to be poked and prodded by the doctor. That was no fun at all. I screamed and screamed. And get this, when I thought the coast was clear the nurse came BACK in and poked me three times with a needle! I cried a little but once Mommy got me I was fine. But I must say I'm a little angry at Mom because she talked them into giving me a third shot. I was only going to get two but she wanted me to get a flu shot too! Man! Thanks a lot Mom! But that's my visit in a nutshell. Oh yeah...my head circumference is in the 60th percentile. Do you think I have a big head? I'm just all over the board with those measurements! Oh well! It's time for my nap!

My Model Shot

Mommy got a laugh out of this shot. She thought I looked like I was doing a model pose on my side...like one you might see on the beach. Well, so she calls it. I really wasn't trying to pose at all. I just lost my balance as I was leaning in toward her. Oh well...I guess it made for a funny shot!

I Love This Guy!

So I told you to be looking for more shots of me and my horse aka "sey." He's such a swell guy. I love to pet him and kiss him and give him good hugs. I want him to feel as though I truly appreciate him. And I do. I truly do. There's nothing like the wind blowing through my locks as I rock back and forth to the sound of his galloping hooves. He sure knows how to give a good ride. Thanks "sey." I look forward to more rides in the den with you.

Betcha Can't Do This

So, you think you can do this with no hands? Well, I sure can! With these new teeth I've got the grip of a tiger...ain't nothin' escaping this grip. Go on, try it, let me know if you've got the skills.

Look at the Ducks, Not My Legs

Now those of you who wish to poke fun at my chicken legs, please save that for another post. This is not the time. I'm trying to show you my lovely new duck slippers. What do you think? I just love them. They were in my stocking for Christmas. I just can't believe I now can wear my favorite things on my feet!! They keep my feet so nice and toasty. . .well that is if I can keep them on. You see we tried to put them over my pj's but that didn't work so we had to strip me down to my bare feet so they would fit. I think I look quite stylish. . .even if I am getting close to naked.

I Almost Forgot!

I almost forgot to show you what I got from Mommy and Daddy for Christmas this year! I got these presents early since we would be gone on Christmas day! I got this neat little choo choo that has animals that ride in it. And I got this doll....let me tell you about this doll. These photos are the only and will be the only photos of her awkward red locks. That is because mommy super glued her hat on. If you look closely at the doll you will see why. I've never seen another baby with hair like that. And she has this big hole in the top of her head where it comes out. Apparently mommy didn't take the hat off before purchasing the doll. I was a little dumbfounded by it but I was willing to overlook it and still love my new doll. But apparently it was too much for mommy and daddy (to tell you the truth, I think it scared them a little, but that's between me and you). So when I woke up the next morning and tried to remove her cap I discovered it could not longer be removed. Thus, my baby permanently wears the hat. But I still love my baby. In fact I give her hugs and pats all the time and she goes to bed with me every night. I call her "baby." I'll introduce you to her next time you're around. Mommy says I'm getting good practice for my brosis who will be here before you know it! Oh and I also got these awesome duck slippers too...but you already saw those in the previous post.

I Love My Papa!!

Well, these pictures were taken a couple of weeks ago. But we just had to put them up. Papa stopped by to visit me while he was away in Atlanta on a business trip. My goodness...I think my side still hurts from all of that laughing he made me do!! He played ball with me and I chuckled the hardest I have in my short little life! Then he put me on his shoulders for some fun rides. But the best part was when he flew me around like a bird! I think I wore Papa out! I didn't want him to leave because I was having such a fun time!! Mommy and daddy must be tired out at that time of day because we never romp around like that!!! Thanks Papa for the great time!!!
