So my umbilical cord fell out kinda early...much to my dismay because that meant...a real bath. You see, for those of you who don't know me yet, I'm a pretty particular guy. I'm not as big on certain things that other babies are...one such thing is the bath. While it soothes many babies, it de-soothes me. Hannah told me how much I would love it because she did. But, I don't. Can you tell from these photos? Look at the photo with Hannah watching. Do you see that expression on my face? I'm saying...Get me outta here! This is definitely NOT what I signed up for! But she sat there cool as a cucumber sucking her thumb while I got clobbered. Can you tell from the closeup of my face that I was worn out after all that action? Phew! I don't know if I'll get used to this or not.

Savannah hated baths as a newborn, but she grew to love it as she grew. Hopefully Grant will too! (those black & white photos are awesome, you're so good!)
Eli hated baths in the very beginning too. I figured out that he hated it because once the water was starting to dry on his skin, he would get cold. I started laying a warm wash cloth over his body while he'd get soaped up and that helped him out a lot.
Give the munchkins hugs and kisses from Eli! :)
